It also makes you wonder how many employees that the SVP slept with over the years and he was directly responsible for their career advancement.

Arraignment is open to the public. Anyone planning on going to provide moral support

Seems he is no longer in the system.
So I'm assuming he was fired?

Hope that trip to a cheap motel with 2 escorts was worth it.

@2ate Seems like the same person posting this on every thread.

They were probably arrested too. You wouldn’t have heard about it because they’re not oil executives.

Original charges are often reduced if the defendant agrees to plead guilty to a lesser crime. His top-flight legal defense team will pursue that avenue vigorously.

Bwahahhaa. This was an Executive PIP. Probably a setup.

@dfv+1p5Xq4gM Our answer is whatever the video footage shows is criminal. It was dam-ing enough for an arrest and conviction.

@dfv We’ll know more when he’s arraigned on Oct 25th. Right now it sounds like he’s going to face at least one felony SA charge, probably a disorderly conduct charge (you’re automatically hit with this if you’re arrested in TX), and who knows what else. It really depends on the DA at this point.

As a reminder, this individual is still employed by EM. There’s a very good chance that you know somebody who was fired during the past year for much lessor reasons.

It makes you wonder why one girl called harassment and the other didn't. This looks like it was to be a Thr--some of sorts... like hello ladies what in the heck you think you're doing at this fine establishment

Don’t SVP-level folks have contracts unlike the worker bees? Exxon may be waiting for whatever clause(s) in the contract apply to this situation. Could require a conviction not just a charge.

“Police were called to the hotel last Thursday and arrested Scott after viewing video security footage of Scott and two women who accompanied him, a worker has said.”

This is new info. Wonder what they saw on the video footage
