I know of a vp that came to town who went on the grind’s app while in the building. Several of the fellas saw the activity. Then to make matters worse he started messaging with a few of them. He sent some hr unapproved messages. At halfway through this year they were let go. Are they any guesses of who this person might be????

@1xtd+1p7fRHqh Lmao. Sure chronic lateness is a problem but the punishment being suspension is stupid, especially if you know it will cause staffing issues leading to overtime. Mo--nic policies like that is why this company loses money. A better solution would be for chronic lateness to hit your STI or for it to affect your raise. But hey keep simping.

My manager suspended me for being late to work which caused him to run 1 hour of overtime. My suspension was 2 days and he had to run overtime for the two days I was unpaid. Costed the company more money.

Vz micromanages employees bathroom time. Manager asked to see toilet and told me not to flush so he can check if i really had to go.
