Plenty of employees have sued AT&T over discrimination and accommodations and won. A class action lawsuit is feasible. I have known people that were retaliated against for reporting OSHA violations, short term accommodations denied and threatened with fit for duty investigations , being written up for something someone else did because they didn’t fit into the Diversity category. If a lawyer advertised a class action like roundup or mesothelioma it would take much digging for enough people to come forward to make it profitable. We have techs having to get annual exams because of friable asbestos.
