The date is wrong… it was originally 10/19 but it has been moved to 10/23 with an LDP date of 11/6.
My guess is they don’t want to announce a mass layoff on earnings day.
Can confirm 10/19 - I'm getting my notification tomorrow. Can't speak to the backfill strategy, though.
