Why do most people that come to this site and keep blaming others for their own misery? I understand that VZ is a cr-p hole of a company. Stop complaining about this and that and look yourself in the mirror and make that darn change you are starving for. The world is always going to let you down and keep you there. Its up to us to better ourselves and take action. Complaining isn't going to solve anything and gives no one hope. Better yourself and put yourself in a position where you are happy. ITS UP TO YOU AND ONLY YOU. TAKE THE LEAP AND DO SOMETHING WITH YOUR LIFE. TICK TOCK TICK TOCK. god loves you

As the other posted reply then why are you intervening?
Given, life is not fair but no individual needs to be disenfranchised for the lack of their accountability and lack of responsibility, in a free-enterprise capitalistic economy.
i just failed my self assessment post restructure. Don’t worry though i can watch a few old videos and twenty year old blogs I mean articles on degreed and It’ll make me the perfect VZ employee for my new role if I ever figure out what that is.
