Everyone I know is worried about their job right now but no word from E LT on layoffs. Remember the monthly meetings and the commitment to transparency b.s. that dragged on for months with CDA? I hope if cuts come again they just rip the bandaid off this time

NDP laid off ~40 people between last Thursday and yesterday. No official notice has gone out but Healy had an AM zoom mtg yesterday announcing these "15 minute meetings" then a PM mtg concluding all exit convos.. Still nothing officially sent out to the rest of the org and nothing in writing for NDP.
There are already layoffs happening in TA and NDP. I have yet to see any official notice about these layoffs. Nike is not a transparent company.
