Agile does not work. XOM ba----dizes it so it is useless.
Every Agilist I met does not do any actual work.
LEAN and AGILE. DRS was neither of those two things and he was UNCON SVP. He proved he couldn't do either one when he was caught at La Quinta.

- I'd rather not quote McKinsey and the like in saying it's an expensive and demoralizing Fad.
- Projects in phases with continuous tweeking has been around since the pyramids and long before.
- Putting half-baked chicken on the table as an appetizer is maybe the only thing new about agile. And the leg-irons.
Anything that refers to meetings as ceremonies is BS. Weddings, funerals, bar mitzvahs are ceremonies. Daily stand-ups that no one pays attention to are not ceremonies, they're useless meetings.
