There was a post on this site which explained that middle managers are allowed to give exceed expectation ratings to only 10% of their team. The post was deleted because the OP mentioned the name of the person behind this directive.
CCB has the worst bonus and has best bad ED ratio
CCB - announcement was made to the team that every one will be rated "On Track" and bonuses will not be paid. However, there are already a couple of exceptions.
What was the point the announcement? To make the manager look dishonest?
