For non-bargained (management), SNLs go out today 11/17 for an off-payroll date of 12/1.

In the West, need to negotiate for a much better 401k match, COLA and keep division of labor. The company keeps trying to consolidate titles which results in larger scope of work , longer hours and more layoffs for the same rate of pay.

Wins the most ignorant post of the day

Actually the AT&T West contract with CWA ends 4/2024 and most managers in the west are starting to get their assignments.

Everyone is expecting a prolonged strike based on what has been done to management.

‘Has anyone actually been called out to a contingency assignment? When was the last time this happened.’

Yes, in the Southeast we got called out and “worked”. Not anything detailed only grunt work. 4yrs ago, I think. About 3 days.

No layoffs due to impending strike. Many have received their assignments and training tasks for the 4/2024 strike. AGAIN, REPEAT, NO LAYOFFS UNTIL AFTER STRIKE.
