My employer monitors comments from these forums for 25 Big Tech employers. We have come to refer to it internally as the Employee Intelligence Deficit Report. This AT&T layoff forum is a personal favorite, and I am addicted. My coworker likens it a reality show about daily life in a trailer park.

Dear child , the correct usage is “master’s degree”.
Mobility FE here, 99% of this stuff doesn’t pertain to me or my side of the company. But I do enjoy the gossip. Although lately it’s all boring RTO stuff. Yawn.
From the CONSTANT, never ending posts complaining about having to ‘return to the office’ and saying they won’t comply because it’s just SO NOT FAIR!… I’m going to say it’s mostly management on here.

I'm not disgruntled. Maybe just somewhat disappointed. The way Stankey and his bootlickers ran this company over the years, and its current state, it's just sad.
Stankey sees these complaints. That is why he is running scared. Keep the pressure on him.

For him, this is the greatest company in America, oh he-l, in the World. He has lead T to greatness, so no reason to look here for anything.
Based on content of posts my observation is union ( or people pretending to be) followed by some folks who are all in and their sole purpose is to down vote posts stating the truth ( the same ones are poor RTO )
