This place su-ks but people are staying here for a paycheck. Weathering this storm su-ks but we have to do it unfortunately.

You should consider working for the union at one of our manufacturing facilities. You will make over 80 grand base salary annually plus a lot more perks. Far less stress. I install lugnuts all day and go home when the whistle blows. It's a good life.
You don't see us union folks complaining and miserable half as much as all these salary folks on here.
You are not trapped.
Apply for other remote jobs. Double dip to see if you like the new job. If so devote most of your time to your new job and continue to draw a Ford paycheck.
Back when we had to come into the office. I took a 3 week vacation from Ford to start a new job which required 2 weeks on site training followed by 100% remote. It was easy to work both jobs for years as at the new job I had coding assignments with deadlines. They could care less what hours I worked as long as I got my work done. And well Ford was a massive circle jerk of delay tactics like always.
"We're all trapped..." So let's all cry here together and wallow in our learned helplessness...
Yes, modern mobility. Brought to you by the people who overpay for urban cube apartments that they work out of and take a scooter to pick up their Chipotle that they ordered through an online application that is missing several ingredients. Exciting!
Modern mobility???
Give it whatever buzzword you want, BEV's wont be around in 10 years.
modern mobility. ha. funny. No one is buying those battery turdboxes.
You are not trapped. You can quit at any time.

Grandama's basement must have a loose gas line, not enough oxygen.
Both customers worldwide? Lightning sales were dismal to start and now down 86% below dismal. We’re here to build reliable cars and trucks that millions of people want to own and make money doing it. Not happening with the green, kool-aid drinking jokesters leading Ford today. EV=BS.
Speak for yourself. This is the most exciting time to work at Ford. We are transforming the core business of the company away from legacy automotive into modern mobility. I enjoy working on the products that will attract new customers worldwide.
