What are people who work in ICG doing now that all the committees have been axed? There are such high numbers of MDs- surely a lot of layoffs in that area?

I am ICG. According to available information it will begin from the top down with MD's and there are alot of them above my own manager. I am definitely considered a "rank and file" employee so I am not expecting the axe to come swinging down my way until February.
How does it work when managers are rating all their directs? Different individuals within the teams can have different titles such as svp, avp, vp etc how do they take that into consideration?
Lots of rumors... e.g. some people will be moved under business lines, others into some form of new "Banking, Markets, Services" team, others made redundant.
Short answer = no one knows
