I did fine on my PR. Got a nice raise last year. But I’m European and over 50 so I got canned In June.
You're possibly all wrong. If OP has caused a recall or major quality defect.....they likely will be in line for a promotion. GSR to LL6 or senior. Or LL6 to LL5.

It means they will put you on a PIP. It will be stacked against you so that you can't correct it. And then they can let you go for cause.

Your reviews mean NOTHING. Everyone I know that got let go in August 2022 had good reviews and still got cut, no one I knew ever got a bad review. If your in North America/Canada get your resume in order. They been cutting salaried/agency in Canada and surely there will be another wave in Dearborn. I'm convinced after Stellantis latest 50% salaried cut. Ford/GM/Stellantis all going to farm out everything possible overseas. Only people left here will be upper management and project managers.
