1/2 day PTO

Does a 1/2 day PTO count as a day in the office? Can’t get a straight answer from HR. Any managers care to elaborate once and for all?

Keep asking the same question over and over!

You are a duuuche bag extraordinaire. If you don’t like the question then stop trolling this site to make yourself seem smarter and more important than you are. No where on teamworks does it give a definitive answer regarding 4 hours or not counting. They said HR couldn’t answer.

Four hours minimum of any paid time off type, including Community Service hours. Regardless of which business group/enterprise function you work in.

@knw+1pHgsqbB The only thing sad are the dolts who post these types of questions. The answer has been published and publicized CONTINUOUSLY, over and over and over again. And just before my post is a whole walk through on how to find the answer internally. Too bad there are employed staff who are incapable of finding even this simple of an answer. Yet we wonder why Wells is doing so poorly.

Look on “Our Workplace” on Teamworks, and the “understand our approach” tab. Under “ aligning to the expectations,” it says: “note: holidays and paid time away, including PTO and community service time count toward meeting in office expectations.”

It’s so sad that it’s now come to questions like this. WF is such a joke. My current company tells me to try to come in 2x a week but trusts me as an adult to make my own decisions. No threats. No monitoring. You all need to recognize that you’re being abused and it’s so much better post-WF and Charlie can su(k it

Yes. Not coming in until March now. 3 half days a week or 2 with a holiday.....

Saving so much in gas, parking and time...might not come back at all if bonus su-ks.....

Yes, 1/2 day is equal to full day in office. Remember, act ignorant plead for forgiveness after the fact.

Yes, there are a few mgrs in my area who have a boatload of PTO and they are taking half days and that counts toward a day in office.

HR doesn’t run RTO. Ask COO. That’s who tracks it and makes the rules.
