One day, right? We only have to swipe in one day this week because there are 2 days of holiday, and that counts toward RTO. I’m being serious, that’s what we were told. Was anyone else explicitly told they need to badge in 3 days this week?
Honestly we were never told what to do during a holiday week. The first week we had full RTO was Labor Day and we still did three days. Now last week was the first week with a company holiday and we’ve had no clear policy. My team is afraid to ask anyone above our immediate boss. These people are capricious and prone to fits of anger when questioned. I’ve seen it happen.
Other teams we talk to have been given the required in office numbers for each week, like two for last week and one for Christmas. I would love to get that kind of clarity from my leaders.
Union guys running around complaining that manager get to work from home. Managers spending the day figuring out how many days they need to go in the office. Leadership doesn't have a clue what they are doing. No wonder this ship is somking fast

I saw one other person on the entire floor today. But on the up side, it was quite enough that I actually got some work done . . . in the 3 hours I stayed before finishing my day from home. But I got my badge swipe!

I went in yesterday. I was the only one in there and the lights kept shutting off. I spent 20% of my time walking around and waiving my arms to get them back on. Thats much more productive than at home. hey, whatever they want to pay me to do. I get paid the same.
