I bought the 2023 Toyota Highlander Hybrid. OMG its is the best vehicle I have ever owned.
yoda rules. 2013 Toyota, other than normal maintenance like oil changes not a single issue. 2019 Ford continual problems, trading it for a Toyota tomorrow

They use proven nickel metal hydride rather than ‘thermal event’ prone lithium
Toyota is much better than Honda for hybrids.
The demand would be even more if the Explorer Interceptor was a BEV. This article supports that thought.
