Who got what last year for bonus? Anyone willing to share?

It seems there is no one-size-fits-all bonus standard, the amount seems to vary in a very wide range depending on multiple factors (position, location, performance, favoritism, etc.). Not sure if this thread is adding any value to us.
Senior BEC - $20K gross bonus
TVC $122K
Senior lead ~65K TVC with 20% in RSRs

Lead BEC somewhere in between NC and DE (midatlantic state)... $15k bonus in 2023.

You are kidding right?? They have laid off US veterans and sent their jobs to India, 20 plus year employees, cut mortgage pay to insulting levels and you are asking about bonuses on a layoff page?
