Why PIP? Just go 100% RTO for all mgmt and fire anyone after 5 occurances.

From doing a lot of basic research about where Verizon stands at the external Business Analyst level Verizon is in trouble.

We all know Verizon Execs blast out emails and internal chest beating videos touting how great and rosy everything is, yet RIFs continue and those of that work in Customer facing Support, Sales, etc know things have looked bad for while internally and Customer Sales and Support are terrible due to bad SOWs and SLA's that make little practical sense for everyday BAU operations.

The only thing most people need to look at from internally or externally is that Verizon shares are HALF what they were a few years ago since Hans took over and began his focus on "vaporware" 5G products, DEI pushes instead of just getting things done, draconian COVID threats of "get the jab or lose your job", and the incessant Pulse Surveys where employees who actually do the "work" are ignored and the surveys where used to weed out anyone who spoke "truth to power" as all the DEI people in the World like chant over and over.

Verizon has layers of middle to upper management who do nothing, don't understand the day to day operations and common sense support processes where they are constantly violating said SOWs and SLAs because they are desperate to please/impress Customers no matter what is written in black and white for such.
