@2pvh+1pP0e4PK leadership housecleaning definitely needed in GT but reducing IC FTEs is crazy talk. GT already is ~65% ETWs at the IC level and that does not improve quality or innovation for tech solutions. A selective up-leveling of FTE talent might be warranted though.

Remove all GT VPs and most of the Senior Directors, reduce 30-40% FTE in most of GT orgs

JD should be given green light to clean up wide and deep without worrying about anything. Only thing that matters is to keep us competitive
