I agree selective upleveling is needed. That’s why we got new CIO now.
@2pvh+1pP0e4PK leadership housecleaning definitely needed in GT but reducing IC FTEs is crazy talk. GT already is ~65% ETWs at the IC level and that does not improve quality or innovation for tech solutions. A selective up-leveling of FTE talent might be warranted though.
Remove all GT VPs and most of the Senior Directors, reduce 30-40% FTE in most of GT orgs
Remove the worst of the GT VPs and then remove JD.
How about what JD wants for Christmas? My guess is a lap dance by his clown show of consultants and also the RAT! LOL
jd needs another private jet paid for by the company
Double the 401K match from 5% to 10%

JD should be given green light to clean up wide and deep without worrying about anything. Only thing that matters is to keep us competitive
