Has anyone else heard 12/13 as the next date for hearing about more changes?

Just got word that the bulk will be in January and March. Silent layoffs...translation not bulk, in February.
Yes, I've heard that's when the decision deadline is, but don't think that's when they'll do announcements.
Citi reports quarterly results 12 Jan, possibly some information on restructure/numbers could be disclosed?
