All branches cutting staff. Tellers and bankers mostly.

No matter how much they say customers are switching to be more mobile just know it's a lie.
Cutting more staff to line their pockets and boast about record profits
It used to be better in just about every way back in older times.
Nowadays blows.
2024 cuts to branch staff will be enormous. Decisions and numbers are written in stone. Expect role changes and span of control for DMs. (Some "excellence" news comes out Thursday, 11/30.) As some have pointed out, transactions have slowed for years now. But the pace of job reductions in branches far outpace the transaction slowdown. WF will continue to shutter 30-35 branches per month on average through 2024. Chicago is the exception. Dill Baley must be thrilled. Maybe transactions are growing in Chicago? What a joke.
Fake news
How do tellers still exist?
i heard tech was affected
Yeah freakin tech is the ones who did this! How dare tech make retail branches useless!
A district manager gone too. District realignment for those branches.
@ncx+1pPq471B "Tech may complain about outsourcing but on the flip side they are costing people jobs in the LOB and Branches. "
What kind of crooked azz line are you trying to draw here? That is some jibberish right there if I've ever seen it.
Well thank technology for impacting these branch personnel. Tech may complain about outsourcing but on the flip side they are costing people jobs in the LOB and Branches.
What call?
