Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

Current CEO makes 24.5 million base salary yr for $5 BILLION in fines on his watch

The next large layoff event is end of Q1 2024….rumor has it.

Can anyone explain how the current CEO has benefited Wells Fargo? Is he currently meeting expectations? Why does he get $3 million raises? No way shape or form has CEO Schart done anything to make this company more efficient and profitable. His outsourcing and offshore American jobs is a temporary fix on the balance sheet for a shortsighted person. Realistically, they are only short term profits, if any due to the reduced labor costs which will bring reduced quality or just end up costing more because of the rework that needs to be done to the offshore work because it is such poor quality.

Hey ho, the Shart man has got to go! he is literally the definition of inequality. The BOD is so senile and old that they don’t understand. They have lost the narrative they were trying to drive. Numbers and facts don’t lie. Wells Fargo has achieved nothing except being the most highly fined bank on the current CEOs watch.

If a CEO says that their company is not efficient after five years at the helm. Then the CEO should be the one held accountable. he was hired to make the company more efficient and remove the asset cap. This man has done neither and continues to portray false narrative.

Wake up, shareholders investors, regulators, analysts! The current CEO is a failure and has not met expectations, and has cost the bank over $5 billion in fines on his watch. This money could have gone back to the shareholders, up-skill current employees, Or reinvested into the company. Instead, it is money out the door and wasted because the current CEO has not been able to perform his responsibilities outlined in his offer letter. Stop giving him raises and giving him the boot. You have lost the narrative!

Hey hey ho, ho, the Shart man has got to go! (no pun intended).

Meanwhile, rumor has it that if a regular employee has any performance issues whatsoever, even the tiniest little thing, it will be used as justification to not give the employee any merit increase at all. Just another tactic to drive attrition, but it's obvious it only applies to the little people. Shart can F up constantly and still gets his.
