Suoervisors are told what the new salary is. Gone are the days where Suoervisors provided input. It is an equation now based on YEE, CL, and Ranking. Suggest posting these three items to create salary curves. Salary curves were once shared with Suoervisors but aren’t anymore.
This is all done with externally-designed algorithms.
Yes, there is a 'table', but little or no involvement by HR or even mid-level managers.
Also add age bracket…. Older folks will be slowed down near retirement
