OD, O, E, VG, G. Upstream, product solutions, or finance. CL bump or no. Should make it very easy to create a table for all employees in the US.

I'm donating 100% of my raise to the PAC.
Outstanding. CL21. 4%. Age: Low 30s.
E, CL27, 0% raise, age 46, 160 RSU’s, PS. Got the whole 105% of pay range. Sounds like everyone who went down a level got 0% too. Been in O since we did quints and my first drop to E ever. Got the RSUs still but nothing else. MFer’s could at least do a pizza party and call us heroes for this type of fu-kery.
It's quite the achievement to still be CL24 by late 30s lmao
40s, CL29, O, PS, 3%
30% * $20k = $26k, congrats
CL 25, E, 30%, BTC. Su-k on that US employees!
Which salary curve is EMTEC on? PS?
@3jpu Salary treatment was released Monday I was told. So not a huge deal if your manager has not informed you yet. It’s only been 2 days. I certainly haven’t had time to receive the info.
CL24 late 30s 9% OD PS
My supervisor hasn’t communicated $h!t. Probably won’t deliver bad news until Friday if I was a guessing person. Even if it’s 0% like many others I hear here, common courtesy should be to communicate it to the employee as soon as it’s available to communicate.
Data here still not representative. Need % in CL. That seems to have quite an effect of % raise @ the same rank.
CL26 - OSD - 13.1% Raise - 170 stock

SH-T RAISES FROM A SH-T COMPANY. Record year, do they share? Do they give bonuses? No, they GIVE SH-T RAISES BECAUSE THEY ARE A SH-T COMPANY, to work for.
Global Projects. YEE 5.
VG, 4.68%
I heard majority of finance received 0%
Do all Exxon employees get RSU’s? I’m an XTO employee and don’t know anyone that gets RSU’s other than the high up bosses. Also, where do you check your CL level? I’ve asked three bosses and they all three said they didn’t know what CL level I’m at.
55+ VG CL29 0% 200RSU
30s, CL25, VG, 3%, PS
CL26, Outstanding, just over 10%, RSU notification sometime this week or next is what I’m told.
I thought there used to be a separate EMTEC curve. Do they get lumped in with the businesses they support or are they all treated as upstream?
30s, O, PS, 4%, 24
E, PS, CL28, 2.6%
Want to know why you’re not getting raises? Folllow this link:

Not a deep dive, but it’ll get you started.
While we’re at it, here’s a link explaining why you were forced back to the office:

Connecting the dots on how this ties in with executive compensation is left as an exercise for the reader.
O, 2%, PS, CL 27, was told I was at 100% reference 😂

The zeros are going to older workers. Intentional salary compression to retain mid career workers while forcing older workers out. Please include age when you post.
G. 4.5% CL 28 Upstream. Wtf are all those zeros? I guess I fell behind on the salary curves. Keep milking this old cow.
55+ VG CL29 0%. Wake up people. The company wants all older workers gone.
