The Nike that once was, hasn't existed for years and likely won't come back. Face reality and make your decision. Most of you are not in charge nor can influence any decisions. Accept, lead or leave. JD isn't the only voice here. He's the figure head to blame. Nike is ruthless just like sport. Head in the game or get benched or gone. That's how they're treating every employee now. I don't agree with it and it's a sad change from when every employee was valued first. Gone are the days from maintenance to VP. Unless all of you stage a walk out, nothing will change and you need to accept that. Nike doesn't own you., you do.
