Occupancy Indicators Change to FTO for St. Louis, Chicago, and San Ramon

Did any other organizations change Occupancy Indicators to FTO for employees in St. Louis, Chicago, and San Ramon? All of the employees under my AVP that live in those locations were switched from FOW (which means they will be targeted to relocate to a future location) to FTO (which means they are in their long term location). No supervisors were told ahead of time. When we asked HR, our officer's chief of staff, the admins, and the group who submitted the ePRC's. No one could explain why it was done. Here we are two weeks later, and still no answer. Did anyone else have this happen?

It means the detractors have been flushed anc you’re still in the running to join friends and family club for the next quarter or so.

att wants to get out of saint louis - been closing building like crazy. not sure about the other locations but I am sure any location wants to get rid of att.

still love telling the very aggressive saleman at costco that i don't buy anything from att. why anybody would give their money to this company and pay for the abuse is beyond me.

I've been FTO for several months now. I am not in my final location yet. I have to switch offices beginning of the year.

Not every org follows the same path, my group is in San Ramon and we are still FOW today

That’s what happens when they start tracking your RTO. Thats what it means. You’re required to be in 3 days like the rest of us now.

Uhm, that happened to the rest of us back in July-Sept.
FOW is future office worker - office work location will be finalized when they get to you.
FTO - in office 3-5days a week based on your manager’s requirements.
A lucky few got to stay teleworker, TW. No one really knows the secret to getting that status.

Your AVP likely has been deemed right sized.

They've decided they achieved whatever self-surplusses that were going to happen. Now time to acknowledge reality.

What an absolute cluster the entire RTO process is!
