When I heard Michael say this for the first time, I was thinking to myself, "What an arrogant book title. This mentality are for people who kiss Michael's ąss and thinks that Dell has greater company performance than Google or Microsoft."
Dell sent that piece of firewood work of narcissism to me. Nothing has ever found my trash so quickly.
