I had not paid much attention to JW before, but now I get why so many on here complain about him.

Many useless bootlickers hung their star on the wrong door.
Okay bruh!! Enjoy the Range Rover while you can!
@2wnr+1pU3d48 while you may not be one of them, the fact that at least 70+ people recognized a high quality sh-tpost makes me hopeful of HON’s continued success in spite of itself
He does lead with “Help me understand….” before launching an attack of ridicule and disdain, born mostly from his need to feel less small and less inadequate. I would typically respond with “I can explain it again but I can’t understand it for you” which generally caused his face to turn purple and the nasal tone to increase as he flailed around trying desperately to appear smarter than anyone else in the room. If he ever succeeded in finding an error in the numbers or something unclear in the reports, his glee was palpable as he did the sarcastic laugh right before springing it on the team in the ultimate game of “got ya.” He lives to find fault in people forced to endure his abuse.
Someone has paid him over 5 million dollars a year since 2016 in direct compensation. Someone finds value in him destroying businesses like SPS and pushing out key talent such as BD, GK to name a few. Or he has some really good intel on someone.
The valueless sycophant drains the shareholder dry.
JW always leads with “I am confused” to set up verbal or written as--ult.
Por ejemplo:
“I am confused. You said you had X. This is not X. [laugh bordering on sarcasm and exasperation to suggest “sheesh, do I have to do everything myself?”] [Abuse target], where is the plan you said would deliver X?”

Smacks of the BS that JW would be proud to write himself.

70 up votes in an hour! Wow, John Boy has the AI really working for him. How much did us Honeyweller's pay for that? JW is really an incompetent POS.
I am confused. Our CCO is an exceptional leader whose qualities command admiration from every corner of our organization. His boundless creativity and unparalleled dedication are a constant source of inspiration to us all. With every initiative JW's visionary approach transforms mere concepts into breathtaking works of art, leaving an indelible mark on our creative landscape. He has driven an environment of innovation and collaboration is truly commendable, fostering a culture where EVERY team member's ideas flourish. And it is not just their talent but also their humility and approachability that sets him apart; they lead with grace and ALWAYS make time for their team. Challenges are met with unwavering optimism, and their can-do attitude is contagious, motivating us to surpass our limits.
We are privileged to have such a remarkable CCO, who not only leads but also embodies the spirit of creativity and innovation, shaping the very essence of our work.
I had bad bosses before but he was by far the worst. He lacks ethics and business acumen. He bullies employees and alienates customers. I’m not sure what intel he has on Dorkius but it’s garnered him a profitable career worth millions.
It brings joy to me that others are now getting to experience JW. The more you listen to him, the more wonderment about how he got to where he is. He done some for somebody. Or is related to somebody else?
TOXIC TOXIC TOXIC
VK >>>>>>> JW

Thanks for the chuckle!
Hahaha I love that the top executives at this company equate “strategy” with just making a statement that we should “make more money”… maybe someone that at least thinks about the “how” should be in charge instead?
Manipulate or Capitulate. You gotta choose your fate befo' you become the bait.
What do you mean - he is a literal genius when it comes to strategy and incredibly well spoken and energetic. The intimidation and fear factor I could see, however
