Shart wants you to leave for free, don't let him off the hook. By policy you deserve severance, make him pay. He has the authority to destroy the company, but we're getting ours on the way out. F those clowns in the ivory tower.

Yep… still waiting, CS & Co. has been trying the “ quiet firing” antics to get ppl quit. Hang in there .. don’t let them get away with not paying severance!
