DS was completely useless. His claim to fame was enforcing diversity hiring percentages on vendors or would no longer conduct business. Trash
And the rest take advantage tear it down and destroy them. Interesting that AI is also turning out to be "anti-white." I can't believe that this is Verizon or America. This will not end well.
Verizon needs more Jewish and Asian employees who understand education and hard work are required for success.

I’ve been here since before the founding and I miss the days when the CEO was the only
leader I knew of. The up to speed and all the other always in our face dog and pony shows escalating nonsense has tracked VZ circling the drain.
Everyone who knows how to run the phone company is leaving quickly. This Swede who is in charge, is putting people in place to turn this company into a media/bulk broadband selling business. It’s very disappointing to see this, as I thought I would make this journey a career. I’ve got 25 years here and don’t think I’ll make it to 30. I do enough to keep me employed but don’t go out of my way to do extra…it really bothers me to do this as I have a great work ethic and consider that I bleed red and would do anything for the phone company. But it’s not the phone company anymore. The VSP in 2018 was on purpose to get rid of the people who had that telephony knowledge. That in turn put “Yes men” in place. They don’t know sh-t and that was the beginning of the end to Verizon. I hope to think that not only management employees and bargained for employees are able to finish their career. Do I see it happening…maybe, but Verizon has a dim future with the leadership that is in place. Good luck to everyone who has put their time in here at the phone company…..I wish all of us well.

Ah...check out the make up of the senior leadership team when the company was doing well vs how its changed over the last decade as the company as descended into mediocrity (being kind). You might notice a trend that inconveniences your statement above.

DS was a woke, euro, tool who's arrival symbolizes the beginning of the end for the company. Neither are were the best candidates. The company has simply shown it can't learn from its past mistakes.
