q2 is unfortunately no longer a true engineering organization but more of a sales organization. That's sad because we have a lot of talented folks here. Good luck everyone.

It would be best if you were to get your resume updated and start job hunting. Stay ahead of the game. January 15, February 12, and March 29th are going to be big layoff days, especially but not only for engineers. It will make October and November seem like child's play. Enjoy your Holidays!
