What's the average age of laid off employees this time around? Usually, it's a lot of 50-somethings and above and a few 20-somethings added to make it seem like there's no age discrimination going on. I don't know many who were affected so far so I can't tell if this time is the same as before.

Look at demographics of all the VPs. The opposite will tell you who they don’t value.
Everyone I know was over 40
So maybe.
Didn't seem this way in NXT, but we are older on average anyway
I know a few principles and directors in the 40s range.
No younger folks but they’re less expensive so this is usually the way.
It seems this way but also because the cuts are at VP, senior director and director titles
