I've interviewed plenty of the TSAs and SEs. The largest percent are incompetent and not worth what they get paid. When you have a "technical" person whose technology they know little more than what's in the first 3 lines of a VERY OLD glossy you get the results you now see in sales. Probably 1 in 10 are worth that $220k package they are getting. I would not even call most of them generalists. Do better csco. HIre better people, fire the ELT, and get out of politics.

Taking most of what little value you monkeys can create is called capitalism. Companies that can't continue to exploit their monkeys die as they should and new companies rise, sometimes in other countries where people aren't so entitled and lazy. Get back to work.
The negative results and the voice of those on here played a part into why pooling has been paused. There was enough people calling it a disaster and customers taking their business elsewhere, that paused it. It was a socialist program that only lowered the pay and provided no career path for the field, but was only about trying to reward an executive and his SEDs. We lost good people and customers over this. Be vigilant cause at the slightest opening, they will try to instill it. They want to pay pre-sales engineers lower as the cost of them is too much.

Lies are common from ELT. No sense of integrity any more.
Postings about RTP are HR folks trying to make this forum look bad so people don't take it seriously, as there is a lot of truth out here! Ignore the HR postings about RTP closing.
But RTP is still closing 12/13
