D2D sales ripping off entire neighborhoods

Who was the director in charge of giving the contract to D2D indirect wells fargo sales ? We have entire streets of customers calling into the call centers where they have been lied to about our services. All of the sales agents have only a first name and none of them answer their phones. Upon further investigation we find there is no immediate supervisor or no one to follow up on to send this up the ladder. We have facebook pages dedicated to this indirect sales practice and how they prey upon little old ladies and aggressive sale tactics in which there is no validity. The outrageous lies when it comes to pricing and stealing customers trade in devices is getting out of hand. Please tell everyone you know if at&t comes knocking at your door ; to please don't answer and just call the police to get them to leave.

This has been going on for decades. From the Dedicated Fiber upgrades to the no usage added CRU and Data Lines. Upper management does not care. There is no consequences in this company and never will be. If you are a crook they will hire you in a heart beat!

It’s been said 1000x before, our company’s brand has gone to total trash.

I never tell anyone where I work anymore, or if I do I explain I’m in area that sounds like some type of internal systems contractor.

Family, Friends, Associates - it’s getting almost impossible to find people that have anything positive to say about AT&T now.

I try to do my part to leave people I interact with for work a good impression, but for every 1 positive item I do, every day there are probably hundreds more people that vow to never have anything ever to do with AT&T.

Sooner or later we will run out of customers, or anyone that wants our stock. I will never again do anything personally with this place. Not calling in, not going to a store, as I’ve been burned too many times now as well where I am no longer a customer of the place I’m employees. Employee discounts are pointless if your account gets scammed or hosed up with every interaction.
