Someone was laid off remotely, on their way yo their parent's funeral. The tu-d that laid them off should've been the one to go.

@ufn+1pXi6ClN Usually, a 15 minute meeting will appear on your calendar with your leader and an HR person. That would be your "Exit call" if you are bring let go.
For God sake, can you PLEASE PLEASE say how did you find out? Did you get an email in your Nike email of personal email or did they come up with a meeting on your calendar or did someone call you on your cellphone? Not knowing how it will come for me is ki-ling me... Please someone share how it is being handled.
I was laid off on a Friday and on my day off... don't kid yourself.
They never perform layoffs on Friday, it’s always on Monday thru Wednesday
