As our now former, sh-t-canned leader, Jay Brown asked us to reflect on our "ingenious" PURPLE Values system as we approach the holidays, I decided to write this ode to Jay and the Crown Castle he drove into the ground with his leadership.

U is for the usurper, the Elliott, who finally got rid of this Clown
R is for the RIFs that ruined so many of our colleagues lives
P is for the problematic Laura Nichols, queen of the Stepford Wives
L is for layoffs that should have only included the EMT
E is for everyone - all of us - because thanks to Elliott we're finally free!
Happy Holidays, everyone. Yes, Jay Brown finally getting his a-s kicked to the curb won't solve all the problems, nor will it bring back those colleagues we lost thanks to his incompetence, but it's the first step toward a better and more successful Crown Castle. So let's take a moment to celebrate he's GONE and let's hope that Chris, Laura, the rest of the EMT, and Karen are next.
