Any info on what structure

Don’t count on any LTIP stock awards. Only given to the higher ups. For the lower PSGs, the nomination program is a joke.
I don't get why they tie the whole corp and punish because TCO dumped thisyear. to me it makes more sense to punish TCO and reward others to spark more competition to do better.
- 5%
I can’t speak for everyone, but I get a minimum CIP bonus payout equal to 20% of my annual salary.
The only way structure is inflation minus 2 is if inflation is 2...
Structure will be inflation minus 2 points. CIP will be low due to TCO.
Since CIP is Opex, and it has to remain flat, expect it be below 1. Planning occurs assumes 1 (which is why they have to claw back savings years it exceeds 1).
3-5% is what was used to build the business plan. Note that opex has to stay at the 2023 level for the next three years. That means cuts (e.g. travel budgets, not backfilling people who post out) will have to happen to offset salary actions.
Less than zero.
For the people who get cut, you mean?
Guessing 0.5-0.7 CIP and 1-2% structure, similar to the 2021 raises. 0% structure with current inflation levels would cause too many good people to leave and would be a stupid greedy move.
Goose egg baby. CIP 0.7.
Just keep doing the things you do well and improve in the areas in which you need to improve and it will all take care of itself!
It will be awesome, 7% structure, 1.8 CIP, have you not been following the indicators from management?
