We can only pray Kumar replaces JF

Anybody would do better. Plus maybe he would stop picking on engineering and clear out some of the hoards of marketing and storyboarding dead weight. We must have one director of bs for every 10 GSRs by now. Our current trajectory started around 2017-18 when they started tossing all the experienced technical people out.

Farley has some sort of developmental disability. Something beyond ADHD. He is in way over his head. BF is letting him destroy what is left of the company.

if you want to talk about minority for the job... do you know who is hiring the minority and what their agenda is???? it's the WASP Male mid 50's... what is their agenda? to have minority in the job.... not the best person, or the best minority. what is their agenda??? maybe to hire a most incompetent minority to prove the point that you all are making.

It's easy to tell when JF is bluffing or pulling the wool over us. That UCLA MBA didn't prep him very well for being CEO at Ford. But let's hope the board finally realized "hey, we need to send in a relief pitcher, go warm up Kumar in the bullpen"

@1mzz+1patfycv, how many black people are in Ford? In any leadership positions? I'll wait. It's absolutely laughable to blame anyone outside of the white leadership for the sinking of this company.

Ford needs good leadership that focus on the company products and services. Encourage good engineering and good innovations.

Ford hires and promoted many unqualified people, because they are focusing on Diversity Equality Inclusion. I have known many people and leaderships at Ford who are unfit for the job, but they got the job because they are black or female. This created a lot of moral problems. Workers are not motivated. Many people at Ford no longer care about doing better. Most people mổ from home and calling in to meetings just to show that they are active, they are actually not contributing to the team or the company. My director have not been onsite since 2020. Best of luck for those who are still working at Ford. Bankruptcy is on the horizon.

The good thing about Farley is he's a bad liar so it's pretty easy to tell what's happening behind closed doors. Kumar seems like he's a little better at deceiving.
