Any news from arraignment?
Apparently while in Singapore he was known to be a rough customer, very arrogant and a yes man for his boss

@1ufb He’s a rich old white guy who belongs to the executive class. So of course we all have to tiptoe over and around every nuance and bend over backwards to afford him the benefit of the doubt.
They’ll probably fire him sometime after he’s arraigned on 10/25/2023. My guess is that he’ll plead guilty to lessor charges to avoid the felony SA charge, and at that point it’ll be unsustainable to keep him, assuming that they haven’t let him go already.
So if someone spends 1 cent on a non- business related item they are promptly terminated but if someone r@pes another person during WORK hours it's cool?
It wasn’t a “price change”. Would bet they agreed to certain “entertainment” (take your pick), and he wanted more. Or, he thought she would cave and go all the way.

It’s his bad luck that he worked for such a highly visible company, EM. It’s big news. If he had been a dirtdog working at Billybobs Tire Repair Shoppe, which is in the same area, this would not have been news.

Sounds like what was agreed upon might have been another se$ual activity and he decided to change course.
It’s not a setup as he was not transported there by someone else. If he made the decision to drive there and go to that room, that’s on him.

I’m not a legal expert, but if you go to meet someone at a budget hotel on a Thursday morning, I feel like there is some implied consent there that something s-xual is going down. It still feels like a setup to me. Not sure what the angle is, but it all sounds fishy.
