Why BF wants to be under the limelight so much ? Wo knows the President of the Board from GM, Stelanties, Mercedes,VW, etc. ? They do not appear in the news just the CEO's. If BF rally cares about Ford to be a family company, they would treat WCollar workers as they did. UAW deserve a lot of respect and although I may not agree with all their demands, BF has shown no respect for UAW and he has exposed himself as an hypocrite. Good luck collecting $ for hi charities.

What was dishonest in his plea? All of you are pathetic. You complain about all these layoff rumors affecting salaried ranks, yet the salaried and union get paid from the same pot. So if he gives in to all the demands, most of you bi--hing about having to actually go to the office will be out of a job because most of you don’t do cr-p anyways. This WFH su-ks. Just went through a launch where the chief engineer had to state numerous times to the launch engineers they were expected to be at the plant solving issues, not sitting at home and not seeing or experiencing the issues. How do you know how or what to fix if you don’t see the failure mode? So glad some of you are now out of our plant so we can actually fix the cr-p you all left us.
