That link is to an article from 2022. Those plans have since fallen flat. Much of the leadership from that time have since left the company. The company is in the process of slimming down its workforce and curbing its investments into expansion. Reducing the workforce by 10% is one of the ways the new leadership plans to drive the stock prices back up.
