I work 10 to 12 hours a day. And this is how you appreciate me?

Just in case clarification is needed. It’s not an _effective_ 10 hours. Most of my day is wasted on how inefficient our offshore model is. But it “saves” the company 20% on half the team, a whopping 30k/yr per squad.
Our CEO & CTO are building their brand for their next job. They’re not building up Nike.
People that haven’t had offshoring shoved down their throats just don’t get it.
Your day starts at 6am (their day ends at 11pm). Then your day continues until 5 or 6pm because SEC & all the other “SUPER CRITICAL” initiatives have terrible planning and coordination, so management is always throwing last minute meetings on at the end of the day.
OP - what do you do that requires 10-12 hours daily. Look around you and learn talking more and working less like most of your Nike teammates.
What are you actually doing? Nike makes cr-p sports wear, not actually an earth shaking product, and cost of the product is being made by children in third world countries or so we are told.
Do you supervise child labor, or create marketing to justify selling junk?
@dfp, you obviously have no idea how AI works if you think it will replace someone’s job and you have no idea what they do. AI still has a long ways to go. And you most likely don’t work here.
Don’t worry. You won’t have to work 10-12 hours a day soon because AI will replace you and then you can stay hidden at home all day pouting.
