Why don’t you ask a few longtime employees what they think is happening or about to happen? If they give you a positive response, it’s likely they’ve been threatened with termination. If they give you the truth, they just don’t care anymore. This game is nothing new. Typical Nike toxicity and unhealthy work environment. Been this way for a long time and especially in Tech. We’re used to being abused.

Constant rotation of leadership in GT has been a challenge to say the least. Each crop of new leaders have brought their own people and toxicity to Nike. The story has always been that the new leaders are bringing technical expertise and help Nike be a technology company. This has been a losing strategy.
