Or think of it this way. They never think them through, find out within a year they were a bad idea and then start over. They won't be able to take this one back.
Well, think of it this way. You have a bunch of people employed to help the business make money by performing services for our customers, while another group of people are paid to count the money coming in and devise ways to save money through efficiencies, like using fewer employees to perform that service work.
