a transformational change. ATT and Transformational just mean re-organizing and firing and Stankey clenching his fists and jumping up and down throwing things at the minions. In Atlanta and Dallas you have $300K VP's camped out at desks next to Betty from Sales talking about accessories and case covers. If the goal is to get the workforce younger what young person is attracted to and office? They will have to relent once they get to their numbers but I still don' think young people want to work for ATT. Too much history and too much sludge. Long term no way ATT can outmaneuver the players in the market. They are just to d-mb and the workforce doesn't care. What is the percentage of the workforce milking this cow for all it is worth versus those that really care? I would say 85/15 and + or - 5%.

I guess I am lucky but it is also annoying how easy it should be for a telecomm company in the US to be successful.
Old workers do the depends shuffle!
You seem to be obsessed with meat and bones. Hhmmmmm.
Older workers complain better.
Younger workers can't fix a phone booth.
Please, your younger workers lack any concrete knowledge of the business, their practice, or even life in general. Because of that, they're timid and can't make decisions. Facts.
"Younger workers are smarter and work harder."
Old workers can't figure out that internet thing.
Young workers lack institutional knowledge, work experience, and non-book skills. Without experienced craft or mgt, youngins don't even know where the toilets or cafeteria are located.
What do you think the merger of Sprint and T-Mobile was about? Reducing competition and leaving meat on the bone for the carriers.
AT&T isn't getting the revenues per employee that the other two carriers are getting. That is what they have to fix.
Tmo relies heavily on contract workers in the field….and it shows., constantly jepping jobs/making multiple truck rolls due to poor/incorrect /incomplete sub work. Their own guys are petty solid.
Young workers will draw a paycheck for 6 months, take a week of vacation, 10 sick, & 5 personal days. claim to be "getting up to speed" and leave, just before a project is due.
Younger workers are smarter and work harder.
Why don’t you put a few PowerPoint slides on the matter and set up time with my Chief of Staff in Q1…
VPs are more like $600K just to be clear.
young workers want to own nothing and be happy
Once Stankey rids at&t of all the geezers, young bucks will flock to us. Now is the time to eliminate the geriatric workforce at at&t, it's just not the correct demographic. Need to get these depend wearing geezers in a more appropriate job like greeters at Walmart.

The younger workforce is just dying to work full-time in a dingy office, be constantly micromanaged and always fear for their job. SMH
