No matter how many employees Charlie eliminates, he just can’t get the stock price moving in the right direction.
40,000 less employees since Charlie became CEO in 2019, and yet still MORE SELLERS THAN BUYERS. Probably every one of those employees has a better track record than Charlie. Has anyone stopped to consider that the problem is in the C-Suite, not in the employee count?? Eliminate another 40,000 and the stock is trading at 30 - will anyone ask the right questions then?
As they say, “the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.”
What’s the strategy here?? Is he hoping to take it down to just one employee, aka himself?? He better learn how to cash a check.
At what point will our Board of Directors do their job, and bring in a CEO who knows how to run a top 5 bank.
