I’m pretty much mentally checked out; I’ve already damaged my career working here and am working on a plan to get out asap. How do I do the least work possible/ under the radar so I can interview outside?

There is a young Chassis Brakes engineer that is flipping houses down south and has moved out of state - he is able to do his WFH job while finding and fixing properties at the same time. Management doesn’t seem to care.
Most Ford employees are in Quiet Quitting mode since 2020. Ford keeps hiring more people because they can't get the work done.
LL try to justify their positions by hiring or adding more employees to their team.
What a d-mb company to work for. That is why I left the company. I did mot want to ruin my career and loose my talent.
So here is what you do. You go and work your a-s off for about 2 years. Kiss everyone’s butt and become an LL6. Pay for your overpriced lease on a cr-p box ford explorer and then coast for the next 20 years like the rest of leadership. You’ll never be rich but you’ll be upper middle class for maybe 45 minutes of stealing others work

Oh this thread is a very funny post and I think the poster just wanted to have some fun watching the trolls come and start flaming it. He/she knew very well what the reaction of y'all would be ... and y'all fell for it. Fools!!! LOL
If you don't want to be here, just grow a pair and quit you frickin' whining babies! Maybe that will save the job of someone who wants to work and make a positive contribution.
