Still no separation email and this is after emailing this morning. We also were told be our attorney that those in the “WARN”, severance amount is NOT a part of the continued payroll salary until the final payday period and would not effect our lump sum.. buckle up folks.

Those who were “termed” on 10/24 are those in a WARN state in which has laws Crown has to abide by around RIFs/Terminations. Individuals in these states have been getting paid biweekly from their severance payment. If Crown didn’t keep things so tight, they would have had more than one person sending each and every severance letter. If you’re still here, get out now before the ship completely sinks!

The severance will pay 2 weeks after your last day of employment. They came like clockwork for us first rounders.

I’ve emailed Your Connect, not that it will help, asking where’s my DocuSign. I’m also of the belief that since I’m over 40 then the payout will not be till the 17th. So 4 months after being let go

Bare with me as I am a simpleton. How does Crown have to pay a severance when they are not firing you all, I mean technically you all have a job for you in Houston. So if you have a job but don’t want to move to where that job has been moved to are you not the one is is separating yourself from the job and then why would Crown pay out on that?
Thanks for the reasoning and explanations that will follow.

Am I hearing it correctly that moving packages are being “reimbursed” in RSU’s? I sure hope not.

Also curious is Jabroni Brown the worst CEO of 2023?

Wait so people from the RIF in aug haven’t even gotten their full severance yet? If that’s the case how can we trust that we will get one if we choose to wait until the end date to leave.

Same payout date and honestly this has been the longest & worse drawn out process…

What are you referring to? The letter will come October 27 supposedly. It will probably take longer than that.
