My buddy told me intel pays way below industry standard comp and our competitors. I agree with him. A lot of people are in search of opportunities to leave. Good luck competing with NVDIA and QCOM in cpu market. Soon you see flow of talent hijacked by them. Question is do they want people to leave with or without vsp?

Unemployed folks who don't want to learn telling employed folks that they are underpaid. Hmm... If employed folks are saying that about their employer, they are quite stupid so deserve low pay.
Don't compare apples and oranges. What I mean by this is don't compare a stellar engineer with a proven track record working at NVidia, Microsoft or Google to the remnant BE/IR engineers working at Intel. All the skilled engineers who were able to get jobs in thriving companies have made the move long ago.
Just look at online data and you will see how underpaid intel employees are.
I agree with OP it’s obvious. One day go to any of intel campuses and survey with employees lol 😂
