How about if all of us order writers stop “helping out” these sales reps that are bashing us behind our backs. Write your own damn credits and take your own picture and stop acting like you’re our friends. Done with the bull in Bama!!

You’re right it is easy. Which makes it even worse that you wouldn’t be able to do it. You all haven’t even figured out how to rotate or work backstock when the shelves are empty.
Why did I have to drive to a store and spend an hour teaching my FTOW how to assemble a cardboard hutch? And she still couldn’t figure it out.
Back in the day I used to take my elementary age kids to work with me and they could do the job as a rep! Quit acting like your job is hard to do and nobody else can do it! Nobody is d-mb enough to do it is more like it!

As an OW, you are expected to write credits, take pictures, etc. as the SR is not scheduled in there to do it. You are doing the job you are being paid to do. Are SR’s throwing loads to “help you out”? The SR did not promise you that the OW position would be Sunshine and Rainbows, the company did. Be mad at them, we all know that Mission 1 is an dumpster fire.
